For all apartments the minimum stay is 4 nights.

The supply of bed sheets and towels is included in the price.

Sunbeds / deckchairs, table and chairs are available for free to enjoy the outdoor space.

Infants within the 2 years of life stay free and, on request, we provide cots, boxes and high chairs. 

Pets are welcome, but for reasons of hygiene it is forbidden to let them stay on sofas / beds / armchairs. It will be the owners' care to arrange dog beds and blankets so that their stay is comfortable. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. Each pet can stay at the price of 4€/night.

 

REGULATIONS ON CANCELLATIONS

If canceled within 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.

If canceled within 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.

If canceled after 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

Cancellation deriving from regulatory restrictions due to Covid occurring after booking is 100% refunded.
